The opening in March 2017 in Zhigermunayservis LLP of the modernized metalwork shop contributed to an increase in the monthly productivity of large-dimension welded metal structures of any complexity according to the customer’s sketches from 120 tons to 500 tons. Kazakhstan market expected such production for a long time. Completely automated (robotic) production process allows to perform high-quality blanking, welding, shot blasting and painting operations, to carry out a full cycle of production of large welded metal structures, to manufacture tanks and tanks with a volume of up to 3000 cubic meters, mud cleaning systems, non-standard metal structures, and also to repair heating furnaces oil.
